Leader of EMC’s Global Real Estate and Facilities organization responsible for 13 Million Square feet of owned and leased asset in over 85 countries with a $600M annual budget.  Leader of Global Corporate Security and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).  Leader of corporate PMO to identify and implement large scale cross-functional cost savings initiatives.

VP, Global Delivery, Emerging Markets, EMC Corporation, Hopkinton, MA, 2006 to 2011

Created centralized organization to manage EMC’s globalization strategy to source top talent, accelerate innovation and reduce cost.  Developed and executed complete sourcing strategy including HR, Finance, Marketing and Operations for EMC Global Centers of Excellence.  Organization grew to manage 10k+ resources. Selected to lead three multi-year, cross-functional business transformation programs to identify and execute opportunities to increase efficiency and decrease cost globally.

VP, Global Solutions Operations, EMC Corporation, Hopkinton, MA, 2002 to 2006

Established team of 100+ engineers to design, build and demonstrate new Solutions leveraging EMC and partner technologies.  Built and managed EMC Global Solution Centers to demonstrate technology to customers and partners.  Transformed failing hosting operation into a profitable showcase of EMC and Partner Solutions.

Managed all aspects of IT operations and information security for >25,000 users in 40+ countries.  Led an organization of 500+ IT professionals with an annual budget of $260 Million.
